    1. Fill out the Online Application Form or give us a call at 04 2730313
    2. Have the following documents ready:
      Both Parent's ORIGINAL Passports (we will give you a signed receipt for this!)
      Copy of your Marriage Certificate
      ORIGINAL Birth Notification (this is just a print-out with the Hospital's stamp on it)
    3. We will send a Company Representative to fetch everything from you and deliver it afterwards!
